Terms of service (summary)

This website is for adults. You must be 18 or older to join the mailing list, apply, or use our services. Creators are verified by government ID.
The 404 Room provides management services: platform strategy, marketing, AI-assisted content systems, and training. We are not an employer, a studio, a club, or a payment processor.
Creators own their accounts and their content. The brand operates under a marketing license granted in the management agreement.
Creator earnings are paid by platforms directly to the creator. We invoice our management percentage after the creator is paid, per the written agreement.
Either party may end the management agreement with notice as stated in the agreement.
This site and our social channels contain no explicit content. Live entertainment takes place on established third-party platforms with their own terms and age verification.
Applications may be declined for any lawful reason.

We collect only what our forms ask for: an email address for the fan list, and application details for creators.
Identity documents are used for age and identity verification and legally required record keeping, stored securely, never published.
We never sell personal data. Unsubscribe works with one click, always.
Creator content and personal information are never shared beyond what the creator agreed to in writing.
Contact us to request access to or deletion of your data, subject to records we are legally required to keep.

All creators represented by The 404 Room are verified adults, 18 years of age or older, without exception. This site is intended for adults.
